Challenge

Like many of you reading this, I love a challenge. Challenges are exciting, they test our resolve, push us beyond our fabricated and self inflicted limits. Challenges, whether they are overcome or not, are where the growth happens.
Some challenges have a financial incentive on completion; but the real wealth creation is in who we become, what we discover about our soul and how our character is chiselled on the adventure. The bigger the mountain, the greater the growth and by virtue the more glorious the pot of self discovery gold at the end of the rainbow.
Am I kinder, stronger, more adventurous and willing to help others or does this challenge make me self-centred, resentful and even bitter? Important reflections to ponder on the path.
We all face difficult circumstances in life and how we frame these are important; ensuring that we define them a challenge means we can devise a plan to overcome them. After all, anything is possible. Challenge and opportunity work hand in hand, two peas in a pod. It is through challenge that we have the opportunity to pick up our Cross, as Jesus demonstrated for us. Strength and honour in the face of adversity as Gladiator showed us.
I encourage you to reframe any issue, pain, need or want to be reframed as a challenge. If it's within your career or business, go big. There's no deficit in this area. Pick something that can be scaled beyond yourself. After this you will be able to start thinking about, team and mission. Until then, good luck and God bless! Our business challenges:
